These are the terms and conditions which you agree to be bound by when accessing the services (web and mobile application, “the Services”), (mobile application, “App”). Please read these terms carefully. These terms tell how we will provide services to you (“you” refers to user of Services), how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
Terms and conditions acceptance
- By accepting these Terms and conditions, the user of Services (“user”, “you”, “your”) confirms to have read, understood and accepted its contents.
- Accepting these Terms and conditions is a condition to use Services.
- All users are obliged to observe these Terms and conditions.
- We reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 10 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
- Further use of Services after additional modifications in the Terms and conditions have been implemented, shall constitute the consent to accept these modifications. Refusal to accept these modifications shall preclude the user from using the Services.
Our services and our contract with you
- Our contract with you will come into existence when you create an account when using our service.
- We reserves the right to amend the services that are available at any time or withdraw a service from the App as per clause below.
Our rights to make changes
We may change any of our services:
- to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
- to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example, to address a security threat. If these changes affect your use of our services we will contact you; or
- to keep up with the needs of our users.
- App updates will periodically become available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It is your responsibility as an App user to ensure you are using the most up to date version of the App to ensure the best of our services. We cannot guarantee that older versions of the App will continue to function to its highest standard and you may experience technical glitches.
Payment and subscription to our services
It is a free service now, no refunds. It may be changed, so please review this terms from time to time. If you have any questions or complaints about any of our services please let us know by contacting us.
Account closing
- The user may close their account at any time.
- The user is responsible for closing their account.
- We reserves the right to close user’s account due to gross infringement of the provisions of these Terms and conditions or in the event of illegal use of the Services.
- We shall not be liable for damage suffered by the user arisen due to the suspension or closing the account by the user or for other reasons arising from the user’s fault.
Fair usage and content
By using the App you agree to not use our services to send or share any content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, bullying, of an adult or gambling nature, illegal, unlawful or fraudulent. You must not send or share any content that has any illegal, unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect. You agree not to spam customers and confirm you are using the App for legitimate purposes only.
Third parties
- App uses Firebase services with their privacy policies:
- Firebase Authentication used for login to the App
- Cloud Firestore used as a backend service
- Firebase Cloud Messaging used for push notifications
- When using our App you will have the opportunity to login to your account on Telegram. We protect your Telegram personal data, keep it local only with encryption.
In using our app you also agree to the terms and conditions of these third parties and we accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss caused as a result of breach these third parties terms and conditions.
Our liability
- We guarantees the highest quality of its operations to ensure accessibility and continuity of Services in accordance with their use and purpose. No long distance data transmission, however, guarantees 100% security, continuity and accessibility of the Services.
- We shall bear no liability in particular for:
- All negative consequences being the result of force majeure,
- Unlawful and inconsistent with these Terms and conditions users’ operations while using the Services,
- Disturbances in accessibility of the Services,
- Damage suffered by the user arisen due to the suspension or closing the account by the user or for other reasons arising from the user’s fault,
- Damage suffered by the user as a result of a third party using his data that enable him to access the Services,
- Damage following from the use or the impossibility to use the Services including damage actually suffered, the loss of expected benefits, data loss, damage or computer crash, the costs of substitute equipment and software, shut-down, company reputation infringement.
How we may use your personal information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Final provisions
All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and conditions shall be primarily resolved amicably. The provisions of Civil Code, the act on copyright and neighboring rights, an act on electronic services providing and other provisions of effective law shall be applicable in issues not governed by these Terms and conditions.
