This Personal Data Privacy Policy describes relations between Apointy service owners (the “Services”) and a person using the website and mobile apps provided by the Services. This Privacy Policy describes how Services collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our websites (http://apointy.ru), services, products and applications.
This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) does not apply to information our customers may process when using the Services.
We may collect and receive information about users of our Services (“users”, “you”, “your”) from various sources, including: (i) information you provide through your user account on the Services (your “Account”) if you register for the Services; (ii) your use of the Services; and (iii) from third-party websites, services, and partners.

What information do we collect?
1. Information, that you provide:
- Account registration. When you register an Account, we may ask your contact information, including items such as name, email address, and telephone number.
- Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
The Service does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the user. This Privacy Policy provides that all user data are credible and updated. In case of disputes, the Service shall be entitled to demand the user to provide all the information required for his or her identification and personal data verification. If the user refuses to confirm the data, the Service shall be entitled to deny services to such a user.

2. Information, that we collect when you use our Services:
- A prerequisite for using the Service is the existence of an account. When it is created, the Service collects data, including the phone number and your name.
- After creating an account in the Service and using it regularly, all data provided by the user is uploaded to a remote server using a secure data transfer protocol. In this case, only the data that the user added on his/her own is collected. The set of data may vary depending on the availability of various functions provided by the Service.
- Mobile applications (Android, iOS) may request permissions to provide access to the user’s personal data. After granting permissions, the user has the opportunity to disable them at any time in the settings of his device. The availability of permissions does not affect the overall performance of mobile applications. Their absence restricts the work of only those functions, the work of which is impossible without the granting of permissions.
- Mobile applications (Android, iOS) use permissions for the following purposes:
- Permission to access the Contact List. Required to find contact first/last name and to quickly create appointments from the Contact List. Application don’t export whole user Contrant List to the remote server. Application use the minimal necessary dataset.
- Permission to access the Calendar. Required to display events from the Calendar on the device and to suggest effective appointments time.
- Permission to access the Internet. Required to synchronize data with a remote server. Also used to sync data across devices.
- Permission to access the state of the network connection. Required for timely synchronization of data between devices.
- When using permissions to access data in mobile applications (Android, iOS), data collection is not performed without the direct participation of the user through physical interaction with the mobile application. Access to data is used only when the operation of certain functions is impossible without it.
- The Service automatically collects data on technical errors and failures that may occur in mobile applications and on the Service’s website. Data is collected in the form of logs, which may contain the following information:
- date and time of failure
- device model
- mobile application and operating system versions
- the amount of available memory
- The Service does not collect other additional data in a hidden mode. Only the data that the user independently adds on a voluntary basis is collected.
3. Information, that we receive from third parties:
- Third-party accounts. If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account, we will receive information about that account, such as your authentication token from the third-party account, to authorize linking. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should visit the privacy settings of your third-party accounts to learn about your options.
- Third-party partners. We may also receive publicly available information about you from our third-party partners and combine it with data that we have about you.
